Sometimes we need to press our Reset Button
To experience and not think
To listen and not speak
To let ourselves play and laugh with glee
To rest and not judge
To connect with the trees, water, fire, and land
To leave worry and doubt behind
To Just Be
The Reset Button in all of us

After remote camping for 4 days I realized that is what happened. Im hoping to hang on to this for as long as I can, even if its for a day to two. 😊

Thank you for sharing this. It’s good to be reminded that sometimes a reset is the best next thing to do when things feel too overwhelming.
